Are the Oil Painting is handy painted? All our oil paintings are 100% hand-painted by our Chinese artist. Not the reprint copies. (Back to Top) All the oil paintings are painted on the oil canvas. (Back to Top) As it is difficult to send the frame to your location, we will only send you the canvas in a roll. (Back to Top) When can I get the paintings once I have paid the payment? Usually we will finish the painting in 3 - 4 weeks. (Back to Top) Yes. We accept western union money order, personal cheque or international money order (Back to Top) Can I get the money back if I do not satisfy with your products ? We will refund the money to you only if you have found our shipped painting is damaged or lost. Otherwise we cannot refund the money to you. Otherwise we will try all our best to do the correction for you. (Back to Top) If I haven't any PayPal account, can I apply it? You can click the paypal icon to setup new Paypal account. Then you can purchase our products from our website.
How can I verify the painting before shipping it out to me ? We will email you the picture of the finished painting for your approval. You can request us to do the correction until you feel satisfied. We ship out the painting to you only when you agree to deliver it to you.. (Back to Top) Can I only pay for the deposit for starting the order ? Sure, you can just pay 30% deposit first , then our artist will start to process your order. The balance payment is only needed to pay when you have accepted the picture of the finished painting.. (Back to Top)
