Registered air mail.
- The air time is about 6 - 8 days.
- If you want us to send you in quicker method, additional
US$ 15.00 is required. Then we will ship you via HK Speedpost (2-3
days).
- All portrait oil painting are sent without frame and in roll tube.

- Processing time for the hand-painted
Portrait Oil painting
- The process time for the artist to finish the portrait oil painting is
about 3 - 4 weeks after we have received the payment and your photo.

- We will try our best to do the correction for you. As we
cannot resell your personalized painting, we can only refund 30%
of the invoice total to you because we will pay the remaining 70% for
the commission of the artist.
- We need 2 - 3 weeks to process the refund.
